Lisa brings a strong combination of marketing expertise, communication skills, and rural industry understanding to the Eastern Rural team. Having grown up on a family farm in Italy and now based in regional Queensland, Lisa has a genuine connection to agriculture and an appreciation for the role rural communities play in supporting the industry.

After living and working in Melbourne for 9 years, Lisa completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Master’s degree in Business (Marketing) at Monash University and developed experience across agency, freelance, and in-house roles supporting small businesses, agricultural clients, and regional and local organisations. She is known for her ability to communicate clearly, stay organised, and provide reliable support that helps clients and teams achieve positive outcomes.

With a strong interest in rural property and continued involvement in the equine industry, Lisa is proud to contribute her skills to the Eastern Rural Team and Elders network, supporting clients with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results for the sales team and the local community.
