La’Rae Riley was born and raised in the Western Downs, growing up immersed in rural life on her family’s property, operating a Quarter Horse stud, running cattle, and producing hay. These experiences instilled in her a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a deep connection to the land, shaping her understanding of agriculture and appreciation for the people who drive the industry.

With over three years of experience in real estate, La’Rae began her career in residential sales before transitioning into the rural sector. She is proud to have joined Eastern Rural as the Farmland Support Officer, where she supports clients and colleagues with reliability, honesty, and dedication.
